Montreal would be an even more charming place if people had been more careful to preserve the original style of windows and doors as no not disnature the appearance of buildings!

If they had preserved them, the doors would be full of graffiti. At least with the glass it’s not that noticeable.

Avenue Mont-Royal is far from being a huge target of taggers. A bit more on the west-end between St-Laurent and St-Denis but it’s a lot worse in other places.
