Not sure I understand what you're implying, Neu.

The Ministry of Health having the largest budget makes M. Bolduc's comments fairly significant.

It may be that all the heat on the MSSS stemming from the lack of H1N1 vaccine has prompted him to stray beyond his usual turf. This is encouraging news (but keep washing your hands!)

Last time the MSSS weighed in on a project in the South-West, it was to recommend against the implemantation of the Casino in Pointe St-Charles. As we know, that project was ill-fated.

Let's hope that history repeats this time!
