Vers 1960-2009
Cette maison située à l'intersection des rues Docteur Penfield et Drummond fut utilisée par le musée McCord de 1955 à 1971. Le musée déménagea par la suite sur la rue Sherbrooke et la vieille demeure fut alors démolie.
