I also remember someone once suggesting -- maybe just a journalist or architecture critic, I don&#039;t think it was anyone official -- that it would have been better to have have moved the Calder to a prominent place downtown, say, the old plaza of PVM. 

It seemed like a good idea at the time, at least to me.</description>
