Right next to the Pont de la Concorde adjacent to Place de Nations. The Minirail station used to be just below the bridge and the "Man" was right there.

Thanks, yeah I thought it was something like that.

I also remember someone once suggesting -- maybe just a journalist or architecture critic, I don't think it was anyone official -- that it would have been better to have have moved the Calder to a prominent place downtown, say, the old plaza of PVM.

It seemed like a good idea at the time, at least to me.
