I remember a year or two ago, someone had set up a whole bunch of these working windmills all along Cote des Neiges blvd... Brilliant!
I would love to know who is behind it to learn what other projects he has done. I wish everyone cared enough to make our public space a little more attractive, whether via planting flowers, picking up garbage on the street or public art. Some might say they are vandals, but they are actively engaged citizens, interacting as opposed to sleepwalking through our city.
