A surprising number still have the entrances, though they are no longer in use.
Notre-Dame-de-la-Défense school on Henri-Julien in la Petite Italie has bas-reliefs of a boy and a girl (there is also a nun).
My elementary school had a girls' and boys' entrance. I suppose that's been long since done away with.
