Another Great Old Photo from Mr. St Jean!

Streetcars are Both 4 and 8 Wheel Versions, a Time of Transition.

There will be a mess for the City to Clean Up, that is Certain as it is WINTER!

Water is 'Steaming' as Warmer than the Air. Windows on 8-Wheel Tram are Frosted, There is a Horse and Sleigh beyond on Opposite side of Street.

Quite a Current Flowing By.
